YES! And such submenu should close on the second click in the same item. Moreover it should not be closed when you move off the clicked item. This feature is a must-have for KDE -- think of handicapped and older people who can have some kind of (gosh, how it is in English) hand movement problems, one pixel down, and another submenu (now) is opening.
