Konqueror uses locale value for Accept-Charset.
My default locale is ru_RU.KOI8-R, which lacks some useful typographical symbols.
It would be very useful to be able to change Accept-Charset and Accept-Language fields together with BrowserIdentity.
Also, it could be very useful for webdevelopment and debugging to see both HTTP headers, request and response via "View page info".

Yes, there is. It just does not yet have a GUI configuration. Anyways, here is how you can do what you want:
