Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
Compiler:          gcc (GCC) 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux) 
OS:                Linux

I use kasbar instead of a taskbar.
Since update to kde 3.3.0 new applications will not be shown any more.
After restarting the new application is visible as icon, but the next application fails again.

In a taskbar all apps are visible.

Normally my "configure panel" menu contains a "Layout" icon for the kicker itself and a "kasbar" icon for the Kasbar panel.
Despite I'm not running any taskbar, I have only a "taskbar" icon, but none for "kasbar".

some application are displayed in the taskbar and other none...

often, when i start quanta, it icon are not displayer...

i use suse 9.1 and kde 3.3
