Description Ferdinand Gassauer 2004-05-11 12:27:24 UTC
Version: 1.6.2 (using KDE 3.2.2, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-64GB-SMP

Certain sent-messages I move (manually) to other folders. The option send again should be available there too, as it was in KDE 31
Comment 1 Till Adam 2004-05-12 23:45:12 UTC
If they are marked as sent, the option is available. Does that not work for you?
Comment 2 Ferdinand Gassauer 2004-05-13 09:10:58 UTC
Yes - apparently I have to mark the old messages in these other folders as
"sent".

IMHO this should be mentioned in the release notes.
Comment 3 Ferdinand Gassauer 2004-05-14 00:22:34 UTC
the mails sent from my office with kmail (KDE 3.2.BRANCH) are not marked as sent at home (KDE CVS HEAD)

may be this is not possible - but in any case not nice
Comment 4 Stefano 2004-10-20 11:03:46 UTC
imported sent emails from another kmail installation results on my computer not sent. So when reinstalling the OS and restoring my old ~/Mail dir, sent emails are not flagged sent anymore.

Send again behavior for emails sent with current installation works fine even in other folders than "Sent Folder"

Kmail-1.7.1(kde-3.3.1) compiled with gcc-3.4.2 on gentoo linux ~x86

btw a minor glitch
marking a message as sent manualy the sent again is not available immediately. one has to click on another message first and then back to the newly marked to activate the "sent again" entry.
