Trying to change back to mailshell's SMTP server, it does not work, and if I go to "Check What the Server Supports", I get: Unknown error code 0 Please send a full bug report at http://bugs.kde.org. This SMTP server is mailshell.com Selecting "Send Queued Messages": Sending failed: Could not connect to host mailshell.com Same with Kmail 1.8.2: Server responds: plain authentification not supported - but the smtp-setting for the account is cram-md5 Can you reproduce with current KDE 4.3 ? Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this version of Kmail has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug. Please try using the latest version of Kmail to see if your issue persists. If it does, please submit a new bug in "kmail2". Thank you! |
