The first wish: adding "Auto skip" and "Overwrite all" buttons is something I find really important and would be very happy to have. There is imho no significant reason for the overwrite confirmation dialog when moving files to be any different from the overwrite confirmation dialog for copying files. I think the same dialog should be used in both situations. *** This bug has been confirmed by popular vote. *** I would really like to see this wishlist implemented, often I get files with similar names and want to know if its the same size (in bytes) and if it is binary the same. Cheers Jon It would also be usefull to have a button for comparison if copying/moving textual files, using kompare or kdiff3 (or customizable). This is much better in in KDE Frameworks 5.45 with Plasma 5.12.4. |
