Sentry Crash Report:

Description Johannes Nieß 2004-03-03 13:49:31 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

How to reproduce:
1) go to http://www.ussg.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0402.3/
2) move via scrollbar down to message (5th latest)
"2.6.3/2.6.4-rc1/2.6-BK USB lockups with USB 1.1 scanner?"
3) klick the link
4) go "back" via right mouse button or alt-left
I end up about 6 screenfull of messages earlier. This makes ssing the archive quite annoying.

Expected Behaviour:
Remember original position as done on shorter pages

Coerced position variable somewhere?

Maybe related to Bug 40976. Bug 62057 is very similar (scrolling back to #anchors).
Comment 1 Johannes Nieß 2004-03-15 13:06:09 UTC
