yes, the session setup is gone, as the way sessions are configured changed entirely and the frontend was not adapted. read $KDEDIR/share/doc/kdm/README for instructions. and yes, the docs are outdated ... I sure hope a new frontend is in the works. I read the README file, but I can understand less than half of it. This is WAY to difficult for a nOOb to set up this way. However, I guess this bug is 'resolved' as nothing further can be done about it at this time & there isn't much point moving something as obvious as this to wish list. oh, well, i would have left it open until the new setup dialog is created. not that i complain about a shorter bug list ... :) |
