Changing this to a bug, since it's an error, not a feature request. I'll fix this as soon as the freeze is lifted from 3_2_BRANCH. Indeed you are correct. Kapteyn was a well known Dutch astronomer. In Holland we do have the famous Kapteyn Laboratorium, specialized in far-end infrared detectors used in IRAS. The lab is situated in Groningen, a city in the north of Holland, so I would propose to use the co-ordinated of Groningen, which is already in the city database and take out the Kapteyn city.
