Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

It should be possible to configure the headers displayed in the message list. In the current version, only Subject, From and Date can be displayed. There are som situations, like when you create extra headers for workflow or filtering systems you might be adding new headers (X-Headers) for classification and would like to have them displayed in the message list.

Maybe these new headers don't need to be sortable (in order to make the indexing easier. But if they could be collected and displayed directly from the blob files it would make it already.

MS Exchange has a similar capability throughout the use of 'Category' field.

Yes, I saw the 16270. But that one is a little bit different. It says 'read
panel' where the message itseld can be read. I mean the 'message list' where
only some headers display, pointing to a message..

What I am trying to do is:
- a message is received from a "SENDER" or a "TEXT" in teh body (whatever
activates the filter)
- the filter activate and creates a header called: "X-Category: SENDER"
- I would like the message list to show like:

Category From Subject Date
X-Category: From: Suject: Date:

Thanks-

Okay, but then it's a duplicate of another bug.
