Description Christopher Neufeld 2003-02-03 14:09:47 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Linux

On one of my two computers, with the focus policy set to "focus strictly under mouse", when the operations menu is summoned, either by right-clicking on the title bar or by clicking on the icon in the upper-left corner, it is impossible to enter the menu. As soon as the pointer moves on to the menu, the menu vanishes. This does not happen with "focus under mouse".

On my other computer, the menu works correctly with "focus strictly under mouse", even though the computers are rdist-ed copies of each other, byte for byte identical in the /usr/local/kde directory. The computer on which the trouble appears is a laptop with a lower screen resolution, but there are no other obvious differences which might lead to this behaviour.
