STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type your password on the password's input field.
2. Type your password on the Terminal's input field

OBSERVED RESULT
It's inconsistent. PLM reveals how long your password is.

EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to replace "*******" with "Typing..." or have nothing in there.

Whilst it's common in CLI/TUI applications to not provide a placeholder character and obscure the length of the password, this is so uncommon in GUI applications that I can't think of any example, and certainly none in KDE.

I don't believe there's any strong reason to add an option, or for any such option to be particular to PLM and not in any other password input in KDE.
