That's also the case with the same loading icon on both the Wi-Fi widget launcher and Wi-Fi networks. Oh it happens only when the animations are set to Instantaneous. Now I don't know if this remains a issue. The loading icon looks like a bug like that. Yes, when you disable animations, animations are disabled. :) Please see https://community.kde.org/Troubleshooting#Is_your_expectation_reasonable? In this case, the software is clearly behaving as designed: you told it to not animate anything, so it's not animating anything. Ergo, not a bug. |
