Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Have a default size with default app menus.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Application Launcher is slightly scrollable, which is weird for the default size.
And also this scrolling is so short that it doesn't serve the purpose of showing more content.

EXPECTED RESULT
The default size should be the perfect size for the default categories to fit in elegantly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Off by 17 pixels in a 1920x1080 screen at a 100% scale.
Off by 25 pixels in a 4096x2160 screen at a 150% scale.
I have a theory that the code is accidentally set to fit the top and bottom texts' top pixel (it's just too perfect for a coincidence). But the dev actually wanted the top and bottom capsules which contains these texts to fit.

Yeah, we should consider the height of the sidebar too.
