https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/2074 broke the thing I don't understand why this affects drag&drop in one folder if it's aimed at drag&drop of places. Oh, never mind. The code checks if move is unavailable and if it's not, it disables other plugins. Move logically isn't available in the same folder, so it just disables all the plugins JFYI you can also right-click on it and use any of the items in the Extract sub-menu.
