Notifications always appear on the primary monitor. Please add an option to the notification settings to move them to the second monitor.

SUMMARY
I have two monitors. When I stream, games run on the primary monitor by default, which is convenient. However, notifications also appear on the primary monitor. I'd like to be able to move all notifications from the primary monitor to the secondary one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 2 monitors.
2. Receive notification

OBSERVED RESULT
Notifications appear on the primary monitor.

EXPECTED RESULT
Option in the notification settings to move them to the additional monitor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I understand that I can stream just the game window or disable notifications entirely while playing, but I'd like to be able to see them on the secondary monitor.
