ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It just happened to the Info Center window, ha. Anyway, I also have the panel where the icons only task bar is set to dodge windows, some windows will be fine, some others will not minimize where they should. If I make it so the panel shows, the windows *will* minimize correctly. Also, moving the mouse when restoring a window affected by this will also cause the restore animation to glitch out a bit.

Oh, and using the minimize shortcut will minimize the window to an area around the cursor, but not to the cursor itself.

That sounds weird. This doesn't happen to me, so it's likely caused by a specific combination of settings.

Can you try again in a new clean user account with no customization except for turning on the Magic Lamp effect? Does it still happen then?

If not, please do some troubleshooting to try to figure out which customization you've made to your normal user account has triggered the issue.

Best of luck! I know this kind of thing can be time-consuming, but unfortunately it's the only way to make the bug report actionable for the developers.
