SUMMARY
Right now, there's no way to tell if a process had SIGSTOP applied to it or not, they all look the same in the list. Would be nice if SIGSTOPped processes had some kind of indicator that they are not running.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor
2. Right-click on a process and send STOP signal

OBSERVED RESULT
No indication that the process was stopped

EXPECTED RESULT
Some kind of color change to the process name text, or an icon at the end of the name
