SUMMARY:

Using 'Details' under 'View Settings', the last tab to the right (in my case 'Modified') cannot be resized -- cutting off part of the time displayed.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Open Dolphin file manager;
2.   Set 'View Settings' to 'Details';
3.   Attempt to modify width of tab 'Modified'.

OBSERVED RESULT
Tab 'Modified' cannot be resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tab 'Modified' can be resized to display all the information therein.
