When that didn't work I used Gnome-Disks. But this didn't work either. I'd recommend using KDE Partition Manager. It'll make the necessary changes to /etc/fstab. Created attachment 187663 [details] settings of the second SSD. SUMMARY: I have set all disks in my computer system to auto mount. Every time I start my system it is uncertain if it will mount my second disk. Sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't. In the last instance I have to fill in my password to mount the disk. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Startup system 2. Wait if it shows the login panel for mounting disks or not. 3.
