SUMMARY
After deletion with delete key, the next file isn't selected any more. The expected result has been the case previously.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a folder with multiple files.
2. Delete one of the files with the delete key.

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is deleted but the next file only has a thin border and is not selected, not shown in preview pane, and pressing the delete key does not delete the file but enters the delete selection mode

EXPECTED RESULT
After the previous file is deleted I expect the next file to be selected, shown in the preview pane, and able to delete with the delete key.
