***I have installed Krita on Microsoft Surface (2017) under Lubuntu. The pen is installed under iptsd.service. I have used Grok and Meta to unmask the service but it has failed. Each time I have a reply on the Lubuntu console of the following : Failed to enable the unit: Unit file/usr/lib/systemd/system/iptsd.service is masked.

Thank you for the bug report! This seems like an issue with your distribution or iptsd, not with KDE software, and is unfortunately not something that KDE or the Krita developers can help you with. I would recommend asking in a support forum for (L)ubuntu or reporting it to the developers of this distribution.

Thanks, I have sorted it out by reading the Krita manual!. H C Wong
