STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render a video with Kdenlive with the default name.
2. Delete that video.
3. Render a video with Kdenlive with the default name.

OBSERVED RESULT
/home shows the Videos folder with the thumbnail of the previous file.

EXPECTED RESULT
Delete the thumbnail the moment the file is deleted.

I'm still seeing this issue every single time I render a video with its default name in .mp4

Might be related to Bug 497259

The easiest way of reproducing this is by rendering videos with Kdenlive with its default name in its default path.
