shortcuts after rebooting
Did you have them sorted by name, and the arrangement "In Rows" before and after reboot? Looks like those are shortcuts, are some of them Flatpak apps? It's possible it's sorting using the "org.blalbalbla.flatpak.app.name" instead of the human readable name, which would be a bug. . Created attachment 185892 [details] shortcuts before rebooting SUMMARY A user was experiencing this problem and so i tested to see if a bunch of shortcuts would get rearranged after rebooting the pc and it did, i have sorting set to manual also in the desktop folder setting, thinking maybe that would fix it but it doesn't. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create lots of app shortcuts on the desktop 2. Remember the position or take a screenshot of them 3. Reboot the pc 4. Notice how the shortcuts have been rearranged on the desktop OBSERVED RESULT Shortcuts get re arranged after reboot EXPECTED RESULT Shortcuts shouldn't get rearranged after reboot, they should stay where they are at all times unless the user moves them SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Cachyos KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0 Qt Version: 6.10.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
