SUMMARY
System Monitor (plasma-systemmonitor) only shows Intel integrated GPU stats if run with sudo/root permissions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run System Monitor normally on a laptop with an Intel integrated GPU.
2. Run "sudo plasma-systemmonitor" from a terminal on a laptop with an Intel integrated GPU.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
System Monitor (and kstatsviewer) can't see the integrated Intel GPU stats without using root/sudo.

EXPECTED RESULT
Intel GPU stats should be available without sudo permissions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Supposedly this should be available per https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436770#c9 and later comments. 
This is why I've put this as a Neon bug, because the feature is there, just the Neon packages seemingly do not have it.

Hi, is this supposed to be fixed in 6.4.5, or a later release?

I've got:
System Monitor: 6.4.5
KDE neon User Edition (Wayland)
KDE Frameworks: 6.18.0
Qt: Using 6.9.2 and built against 6.9.2
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.14.0-33-generic

and this feature is not enabled yet.
