Thanks for the feature request! The current color adjustments are all done in the drivers or the actual hardware. If Skanlite/Skanpage would do adjustments in the preview, the actual final results might be quite different from the preview. Especially the brightness, that can be adjusted with the light-source of the scanner, can have very unpredictable results. To not give fake/wrong impressions, this has intentionally not been implemented.
