Photo of Baldur's Gate 3 shifted up

SUMMARY

This is a weird one.

Since updating Plasma Wayland to 6.4.0 when I have a fullscreen window open like a game or video in VLC when I push a gamepad button the window shifts about half a screen up. When I do mouse input the window goes back to its proper place.

I suspect it has something to do with the Steam Deck's display since it is portrait (800x1280) from factory but rotated in Plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open video in VLC.
2. Make video fullscreen.
3. Press some gamepad/controller buttons.

OBSERVED RESULT

Video shifts about half a screen upwards.

EXPECTED RESULT

Video stays where it was.
