SUMMARY
Transparency effect keeps the window on screen when minimized or closed. They can't be interacted with.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate transparency effect.
2. Close or minimize a window
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The window stays on screen and can't be interacted with.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should minimize or close normally
