This certainly would prevent using the thing you want to use, without physical access to the remote device. Being able to have an allow list would be a potential workaround, or maybe having an "always allow" checkbox after the initial dialog when you first set up a connection. I'll leave the implementation to the developers, but the idea is worth considering. In Plasma 6.4, you'll get asked once for permission when you first activate KRDP, and never again, so the situation described here can't happen anymore.
