Description gjditchfield 2002-11-08 17:47:40 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.0.9)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          g++ 2.96
OS:          Linux

When KSplash is displaying "Loading" messages and flashing its icons to show what progress it is making, it displays

"Loading the window manager", while flashing an icon that looks like the "show desktop" icon, and then

"Loading the desktop", while flashing an icon that looks like an LCD monitor.

Are those icons or messages out of order? Shouldn't ksplash flash the "show desktop" icon when it is loading the desktop?

Yes, ksplash should have the Desktop icon flash when it says: "Loading the desktop"

Also, because of the irregular spacing of the icons, the pencil was removed from
the desktop.

I attach immages to cure the problem of order and which also restore the pencil.

Note to S.B. it is true that the other icons don't correlate well with the
messages, but this is rather obvious that the desktop goes with desktop.
