Is this still happening for you? If so, what GPU are you using? This is definitely a driver (possibly hardware?) issue, KWin's behavior doesn't change depending on the refresh rate. ๐๐งน โ ๏ธ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
