The banner as shown in Discover's homepage saying "Fedora Linux 42 non è disponibile" ("Fedora Linux 42 is not available")

SUMMARY
The "is now available" banner used for things such as a new fedora upgrade is incorrectly translated to "is not available" ("non è disponibile" in italian).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Locale to Italian
2. Open Discover on Fedora 41 (since Fedora 42 is available, any Fedora version that is not the latest is fine)
3. Wait for the banner to appear

OBSERVED RESULT
The banner says "Fedora Linux 42 non è disponibile" ("Fedora Linux 42 is not available")

EXPECTED RESULT
The banner says something like "Fedora Linux 42 è ora disponibile" ("Fedora Linux 42 is now available")
