Created attachment 180223 [details] screencast SUMMARY See attachment. Applying "Breeze" or "Breeze Dark" works. But "Breeze Twlight" or "Oxygen" only changes the application style, while the Plasma them remain unchanged. This bug only happens in a new user account. It stops happening after manually changing Plasma theme. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a new user and login. 2. Systemsettings - Colors & Themes - Global Theme 3. Select "Breeze Twilight", apply OBSERVED RESULT Plasma theme doesn't change. EXPECTED RESULT Plasma theme change to "Breeze Dark".
