I am able to see this on git-master with DeaDBeeF. (Galculator isn't available on Solus and hasn't seen an update in 10 years, so I couldn't test that) In DeaDBeeF go to Playback - Shuffle, the gap is visible with the Breeze GTK theme With the Default and Space-dark themes, the submenu overlaps the parent menu a little It does seem like there's a miscalculation going on |

Open GTk3 application with menubar (e.g. Galculator). 2. Open menuitem with submenu. OBSERVED RESULT Visible gap between menu and submenu.
