Can't reproduce on X11 Can not reproduce on Wayland, either. That seems to be rather an error in the lower stack, e.g. your driver, we can't fix that in the application, I hope system updates will fix that for you in the future. I tested kate's flatpak version and had no visual glitches, so I don't think this is a driver issue Also I installed KDE on top of XFce, could That be causing an issue I installed KDE using sudo dnf groupinstall "KDE Plasma Workspaces" sudo dnf install @kde-desktop I also ran sudo dnf reinstall kf5-* plasma-* qt5-* But still I have the same problem. anything else that I can try?
