Can you reproduce the issue and then immediately after login, print the contents of the ~/.local/state/plasmasessionrestorestaterc file? [0] appId=org.kde.xwaylandvideobridge.desktop [1] appId=org.kde.dolphin.desktop [4] appId=org.kde.plasmashell.desktop This is not happening on my roommates machine. It is doing exactly what it should which is launch 3 Dolphin windows upon reboot or logoff. I'm in Reborn now and the issue seems to have resolved itself. When I landed on the desktop this time I noticed I had all 3 Dolphin windows like I should. I'll test Garuda tomorrow and if all's good I'll mark this as solved. OK I' actually back in Garuda and this behavior is still happening. Sounds like there's a configuration or packaging difference between those two machines that's account for the issue. It would be very helpful if you could pinpoint which one it is. Thanks a lot! Just saw your last post. I had spoken too soon. As soon as I did Gary's updates and rebooted his machine had the same issue. Fix for staying in the same folder and or tabs on reboot post in the bug fixes and on the forum by other users.
