I have a few questions to try to narrow down the cause of the problem - Are there any other color profiles available in the Color Profile dropdown for the monitor? If so, do they cause the same washed out color effect? - Is HDR enabled? Thanks! My monitor does not support HDR, so it is disabled. I can set the color profile to "None," "ICC Profile," or "Built-in." Now, let me explain the changes before and after version 6.3. The "None" profile appeared washed out both before and after version 6.3. In the "ICC Profile" option, there are several color profiles from the Krita application and the Colord package, but these provided either washed-out colors or worse color accuracy both before and after version 6.3. The "Built-in" profile, however, offered an excellent color experience before version 6.3. After version 6.3, the color experience has significantly worsened. (I am using a laptop, which might be important information.) You're welcome! I appreciate your attention. Thanks for the info! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 500295 *** |
