SUMMARY
Since Plasma 6.3, folder icons for hidden and linked folders are tiny and weirdly displayed. It seems disabling folder preview fixes it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Navigate to any directory that has hidden or link folders

OBSERVED RESULT
Tiny folder icons

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal folder icons

Thanks for the bug report. This looks to be the same as bug 499509 (which also affects Icon View). Please follow that report for updates.
