The used theme is glaximate-default Thanks for your report! Looking at your screenshot I am not sure where the icons are missing. To me it all looks correct. Could describe a bit more detailed which icons you expected in which place? The icon has mislead me to believe that the icon is missing like in firefox (and others) missing glyphs are rendered as boxes with stuff inside.
