Like a fool, I have not tried simply double-clicking on "extend left". It also works like this. However, it does not work the first time. Adding the x11-only keyword I can confirm this on git-master, X11 The bug doesn't happen on Wayland Multi-screen is too unpleasant on X11; I don't see this ever being fixed, sorry. The Wayland session is preferred for a decent multi-screen experience nowadays. X11 session is officially maintained until Plasma 7. Also, it is a KDE specific bug, not because Xorg. The reality is that Plasma's X support is on life support, and most X11-specific bugs will never be fixed. I'm just being honest with you here rather than stringing you along by pretending that something might happen when it won't. Don't re-open bug reports that developers have closed. |
