Thank you for reporting I see on the clip in the project bin that there is an exclamation mark. Hover over this exclamation mark to see what it’s showing up. I guess you have to right click that clip and choose “convert to edit friendly format”. Then you can drag/drop it to the sequence. If that is working, we should add a warning for such cases.
