I have occasionally seen this myself, but never managed to find steps to reproduce it unfortunately. Please run the following command, let it settle for a couple seconds, then reproduce the issue and attach the output it generates while doing so QT_LOGGING_RULES="org.kde.pulseaudio*=true" plasmawindowed org.kde.plasma.volume ๐๐งน โ ๏ธ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
