When the user hover the cursor over a video file on Dolphin, a couple of stills/screenshots are shown, however that doesn't happen when the file is on KDE Plasma's desktop area.

I can reproduce this on Fedora KDE 41, with the settings mentioned in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=452917 in place and with ffmpegthumbs installed.
