Hovering over a link

SUMMARY
Cursor theme in Firefox is no longer inherited and defaults to basic x11 style cursor. This problem occurred after upgrading to 6.2.4, (Firefox was not upgraded and is on v 133).

This is not flatpak or snap, this is standard firefox installation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Firefox 133 as a package install (not snap or flatpak)
2. Upgrade plasma to 6.2.4
3. Start firefox and observe the cursor when hovering over the firefox window

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor theme changes whilst hovering over firefox

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor theme from plasma should apply when hovering over firefox

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1

I can confirm this after upgrading too. Firefox also uses window decoration that is typical for Gnome here.
Looking at about:support it will show the following OS Theme:
Adwaita / Adwaita
On an older Plasma Version where this issue doesn't exist I can see "Breeze / Adwaita".
