Cannot reproduce as described on git master. Can you try in a new clean user account to rule out any shortcut config issues? I have replicated this bug on two computers on X11, including a new user account on my second PC. On Wayland, pressing Super does not prevent it from working afterwards, but instead opens *and focuses* the Application Launcher behind the Ctrl-Alt-Del overlay. You can press Tab 3 times then Space to sleep the system *with the Ctrl-Alt-Del menu open*, or 4 times then Space to attempt to open a restart menu with the Ctrl-Alt-Del menu open (I think it does nothing?). Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 Kernel Version: 6.11.7-300.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz Memory: 7.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4000 Manufacturer: M&A Technology Product Name: DB75EN__ Sounds like it's X11-only. I can't reproduce this on X11 git-master I see the behavior described for Wayland in a previous comment - the KRunner menu is opened behind the ShutDown overlay I am able to reproduce on KDE Neon. It looks like the behavior might be fixed in newer code. |
