I suppose this is a general issue, that users can resize whatever parts of the UI how they like, and break things through that.

When resizing kickoff to the very top, which is possible, it is not possible to vertically shrink the kickoff popup window again.

This means that kickoff now spans from the default bottom position to the very top edge of the screen and it is not possible to make it normally high again.

Attaching another monitor and placing it above the primary one might be a workaround

Indeed. And thankfully this is fixed in Plasma 6.3.0; we don't allow resizing to the very edge of the screen anymore, for precisely this reason. :)

Or there could be a button downsizing it a little bit :)
