Sorry, but this cannot be an issue in Krita: Krita does not have any code that interacts directly with your tablet. Through the wacom driver (which can be buggy), the Qt framework provides Krita with tablet events, which we use. You can switch between two drivers on Windows: Windows Ink and Wintab in Krita's settings, because each driver can have different bugs.
