Thanks for the bug report. I don't see the error you saw on a Neon Testing VM using the update commands you used
Can you update Neon (which is now on Noble Numbat) and see if you get the same error? Thanks!

neon jammy editions are now EOL.  please upgrade with the provided tools to neon noble edition/
