Screenshot, showing "apl" keyboard layouts icon rendered as A + Polish flag

In the keyboard layout list, it shows a country emoji icon before every layout.

Some are not legal country code and rendered incorrectly, e.g.:
- apl (APL symbols) -> A + Poland
- ara (Arabic) -> Argentina + A
- bqn (Belgian) -> Caribbean Netherlands + n
- bra (Braille) -> Brazil + some British colony flag?

Please see the attached screenshot for example.
