Can reproduce with usual archives. Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Kernel Version: 6.10.7-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland I suppose Dolphin settings should have such toggle for viewing archives. Fixed in https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/commit/2b1906eeeabaf91b856d46e72390ae811747ec39 by Jin Liu for the upcoming December Dolphin release 24.12. We did not add a toggle and simply decided to be consistent with how it works for normal files. If one has less than two archive applications installed, it will keep opening archives in a new tab instead. |
